Fluid7 Book a Scoping Call
Only 2 Sprints Per Month

What would you build if it only took a week?

Most founders shelve their best ideas because agencies quote £15k and 3 months. I build your MVP in 5 days, fixed price, no surprises.

You have an idea. You know there's a market for it. But every agency wants months and tens of thousands before you can put anything in front of a real user. That ends here. One week. One fixed price. One working product, live and ready for customers.

The problem

The quote-negotiate-wait loop

You've got the idea. You can see it clearly — the product, the users, the revenue. So you do the responsible thing: you get quotes.

And that's where it stalls.

AGENCY A

Wants a 12-page requirements document before they'll give you a number.

AGENCY B

Comes back at £18,000 and "approximately 10–12 weeks."

AGENCY C

Can't even start for another three months.

Meanwhile, the idea sits in your notes app. You keep tweaking the spec. You tell yourself you're "refining the concept." But really, you're stuck.

What you've already tried

  • Hired a freelancer from Upwork. Got half a product and radio silence.
  • Tried no-code tools — great until you needed something they couldn't do.
  • Tried building it yourself at midnight after the kids went to bed.
  • Or just kept waiting for the "right time."

The real problem

The problem isn't your idea. The problem is the model. Traditional agencies are built for big projects with big budgets on big timelines. They need 3 months because they're juggling 8 clients at once. They quote £15k because their overheads demand it.

You don't need a big project. You need to find out if anyone will actually use this thing — a fundamentally different question that needs a fundamentally different approach.

The shift

Why this works now

The experience

10+ years building web products — SaaS platforms, IoT systems, web apps serving 100k+ users. I've led engineering at startups and made the architecture decisions that determine whether a product scales or falls over.

That experience is the product. Not AI. Not templates. Not a junior following a tutorial.

The speed

Modern AI-assisted tools have changed the economics. The tedious parts — boilerplate, config, repetitive code — take minutes instead of days. That frees me to focus on architecture, UX, and the decisions that determine whether your product works or just exists.

Those tools in a junior's hands underwhelm. In the hands of someone shipping production code for a decade? That's where it gets interesting.

What's different

This isn't pushing buttons and hoping the AI gets it right. It's senior engineering at startup speed. Fixed scope. Fixed price. Five days.

No scope creep. No change requests spiralling into month 4. No "we'll need another sprint to finish the auth system."

The process

How it works

1

Day 1 — Scope

I jump on a call, nail down your core idea, and define exactly what gets built. You walk away with a clear spec. No 40-page requirements document — just the stuff that matters.

2

Days 2–4 — Build

I build your MVP. Real code, real functionality, deployed to the web. You get daily progress updates so you can see it taking shape — and course-correct before Day 5.

3

Day 5 — Ship

Final polish, deployment, and handover. You get a working product you can put in front of real users that day. Not a mockup. Not a prototype. A product.

The deliverables

What you get

Working web application
Core functionality built and deployed — not a wireframe gathering dust in Figma.
Live and ready for users
Deployed the moment the sprint ends, so you can start testing with real people on Friday.
Scoping session
We define the MVP together on Day 1, cutting scope to what actually proves your idea works.
5 full days of development
No juggling other clients, no "I'll get to it next week." Full attention on your product.
Source code, fully yours
No lock-in, no licensing, no "please don't leave us" clauses. You own everything.
Deployment, your way
To your hosting or mine — wherever makes sense for your setup.
Post-sprint call
I walk through what was built, what to do next, and whether it makes sense to keep going.
Outside the sprint

Ongoing maintenance, complex third-party integrations, native mobile apps, and large-scale systems are separate engagements — happy to quote those after your sprint. I'll tell you honestly on the scoping call if your idea needs more time.

Proof of scope

What 5 days actually looks like

Every sprint is different, but here's what's realistic.

A niche job board

Employer dashboard, candidate profiles, search with filters, application flow, and Stripe payments for premium listings.

Live Day 5 with real employers posting

A client portal

Login, dashboard, document sharing, appointment booking, and automated reminders for a consultancy.

Replaces the mess of emails & docs

An internal sales tool

Lead tracking, pipeline stages, activity logging, and a reporting dashboard. Not Salesforce — something that fits your team.

Without the £50/seat/month

These aren't mockups or click-through prototypes. They're working applications with real functionality, deployed and ready for users.

Who builds it

Jonathan Adjei

10+ years building web products, from SaaS platforms to IoT systems. Previously led engineering at startups serving 100k+ users. Not a project manager who emails your requirements to a team offshore — the person who scopes your sprint is the person who builds it.

"We appointed Fluid7 due to their deep technical knowledge and their commitment… we sleep well at night knowing they've got our back."

FAQ

Questions

What kind of products can you build in 5 days?+
Web apps, SaaS tools, dashboards, internal tools, marketplaces, booking systems — anything that runs in a browser and has a clear core feature. I'll tell you honestly on the scoping call if your idea needs more time.
What if my idea is too big for 5 days?+
I'll scope it to the most valuable core feature. The point of an MVP is to test your idea with real users, not build the final product. Ship the core, see if people want it, then build the rest. Follow-up sprints are always an option.
Do I need to be technical?+
Not at all. You bring the idea and the domain knowledge. I handle everything technical. If you can describe what your product should do, that's enough.
Couldn't I just use a no-code tool?+
You could. And for some ideas, you should. But no-code hits a wall fast — the moment you need custom logic, integrations, or anything beyond templates, you're stuck. I build with real code, which means no ceiling on what you can do next.
What happens after the sprint?+
You own the code. Run with it yourself, hire another developer, or come back to me for further development. No lock-in. No monthly fees. No "you need our proprietary platform to keep it running."
Why only 2 slots per month?+
Quality. Each sprint gets my full, undivided attention. I don't juggle clients mid-sprint. That's how I deliver in 5 days instead of 5 months.
What if we can't scope something viable?+
Then you don't pay. If the Day 1 scoping call reveals your idea needs more than 5 days, I'll tell you honestly and refund your deposit in full. No questions.
What if I'm not happy with the result?+
You see progress every single day. Daily updates mean you can course-correct in real time — not discover a problem on Day 5. The scoping call on Day 1 is where we align on exactly what gets built, so there are no surprises.
The real question

A month from now, working product — or still comparing quotes?

You have an idea. You've probably had it for a while. Every week it sits unbuilt is a week you're not learning whether it works.

The sprint takes 5 days. The scoping call takes 15 minutes.
