      Rubber4Roofs Project

      Growing by eLearning & eCommerce

Rubber4Roofs are a progressive company who believe that providing training and advice alongside their products helps customers adopt their rubber roofs over traditional felt. From their tremendous growth they are definitely on to something.

We were invited to help build the brand and website for Rubber4Roofs as they entered the roofing market selling rubber roofs rather than traditional felt. They required a bespoke eCommerce solution that would provide a range of supporting material to teach potential customers of the advantages of the new rubber alternative and how to install it.

“In my opinion one of Fluid7’s best attributes is its ability to understand your business in depth and produce a brief that fully delivers. Your website is your shop front, sadly we don’t invest in bricks and mortar anymore and the traditional sales rep is a dying breed. So when you’ve spent good money getting people to your website conversion rate is critical to any successful business!”

Animating the Talent Business without Flash

Since taking on the public website for The Talent Business, we knew we would thrive on the exacting requirements set out by this global talent agency.

The new design of the site is modern and minimalistic, but far from simple. Using geo-location detection to tailor content for each audience, The Talent Business wanted accurate messaging with close brand control across their site. Built from our home-grown CMS, The Talent Business are able to edit all the content they need in real-time, safe in the knowledge that design control is kept where it sits best .. in the hands of the original designers.

            Using technology to challenge poverty

We’ve developed and continue to evolve a custom CMS to help Practical Action‘s site reach their global audience. The system currently manages 180,000 + visits per month, with 4,500+ web pages, 3,500+ documents and 64,000+ user accounts.

Practical Action uses technology to challenge poverty in developing countries. Each year they help around a million people break out of the cycle of poverty … for good. Such global work requires a large and stable site for staff and users to work through, and we’re fortunate enough to have the privilege of working with Practical Action each month to refine and develop the site further to support them in their work.

We’ve redesigned the site and developed a custom content management system (CMS) for the staff to use, which provides us with a strong and agile platform to develop solutions for the variety of requirements that come our way (some of which are have been highlighted opposite), whilst offering the charity a central system to create, deliver and track content for use around the world.

                Fluid Parking Project

                Smart Parking Management Platform

Fluid Parking fully came of age in 2015. Development started 2 years previously but it wasn’t until October’s Rugby World Cup that the first international contract came to us. Managing the Park and Ride sites for England 2015 at the Millennium Stadium gave Fluid Parking the chance to shine. The technology performed flawlessly over the course of 8 games, parking over 25,000 vehicles across 6 sites in the busy city of Cardiff. Day to day, you can currently see it in operation at the Ricoh Arena, home to Wasps RFC in Coventry.

                What we did:

                – ANPR

                – Car Parking App

                – Traffic Management

                – eTickets

We had several issues to overcome, pre-selling tickets on pop-up parking sites, speed of entry to our fixed sites and managing VIP guest lists to ensure professional entry to previous sporting and concert events.

Jon and his Fluid7 team will fully support you and help tailor a solution to suit your event.
