I came accross a problem installing the ‘PHP Help’ extension on a fresh install of Dreamweaver 8.02. To solve it, I installed the older version of this (excellent) extension …
http://www.tecnorama.org/descargas/descargar.php?archivo=PHP_Help200.mxp and then the latest version over the top. The issue it solved was an error message of “There was a problem starting help” whenever you tried to call the help file from within Dreamweaver.
Cheers
